Cascadas en Madrid – Poza de Sócrates Sunday August 3rd

Let’s discover together the other fun side of Madrid 🥳 by visiting these incredible landscapes with international people living in Madrid. You will be able to practice other languages 🗣️ and enjoy nature 🌳.

On this spectacular route, one of the most classic and beautiful in the entire community of Madrid, we will visit an ancient pine forest known as the Pinar de los Belgas 🌲, and enjoy the waterfalls 🏞️ and crystal clear water streams of the Arroyo de la Angostura. A tour in which we will see the waters that will later form the Lozoya river and you will discover part of the northern mountains of Madrid ⛰️.

The cherry on top 🍒 of the route is the beautiful pools or Socrates’ Waterfall, a beautiful waterfall that transports you to a Zen garden 🧘‍♀️.

Halfway through the tour, we will have a picnic to rest, eat and enjoy the views 🥪, and start our return. This route is of a medium level, suitable for everyone with good physical condition 💪 and the desire to have new experiences with people from all over the world 🌍.

❗Important note❗ — We will go by public transport 🚌, so bring some cash to pay for it (not included in the ticket price). If you are under 26 years old and have the youth pass, transport is free. If you have your own car 🚗, you can bring it and share the gasoline costs with other hikers if you agree.
